I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior and misinformation I experienced during the delivery of my new vehicle on 29th Sep 2025 at JSP Honda Showroom Madinaguda, Hyderabad.
Firstly, I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of the finance/sales team. Their use o[censored]nparliamentary language and unprofessional attitude was not only disrespectful but also completely out of line with the standards one would expect from a reputed dealership. Such behavior creates a hostile environment and undermines customer trust.
Secondly, the fitting mechanic demanding money during the vehicle delivery and provided false information as I given less amount to him when he asks.
This is a serious breach of transparency and ethical business practices.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and expect a prompt resolution. I also urge you to take appropriate disciplinary action against the individuals involved to ensure such incidents do not recur.
