My dissatisfaction with the service provided by JSP Honda, Kukatpally during my recent visit for the servicing of my Honda Dio.
During the service, I specifically reported a battery issue, which should have been addressed promptly, especially since the vehicle is still under warranty. Unfortunately, the problem was neither resolved on time nor handled with the level of care expected from an authorized Honda service center.
Moreover, I have paid an additional ₹1, 750 for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), which I believe should have ensured timely and efficient service. Despite this, my concerns were neglected, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
Such service standards are not in line with the reputation Honda has built over the years. Was this information helpful? |
