I had ordered [Order #2809308] (04/13/2019) a product in JT store which was quoted very less, saying that it was a summer deal. I just paid the required amount online through internet banking and they had sent a reply through email, saying thank you for shopping with them and the order would be processed within 3-4 working days. Then there was no response for a long time and there was no option for tracking the order also. I wrote to them in e mail asking about it and they had told that it is an extraordinary deal and takes sometime, they had also told to download the app to track the order, but there is no app available in the link provided. I checked the review online about JT store and there wasn't any positive feedback. Most people had written that they had not received their order.
Kindly take necessary action, so that the company shouldn't disappoint or cheat customers in future, and the details of the orders to be clear and east to track.
