[Resolved] Jt Store — tenda ac10 router bought on 7 june 2020 | |||||
I bought a tenda ac10 router on 7 june 2020 from stayathome.co.in which is a part of jt store. They mailed me informing me i would receive tracking info and id in 48 hours. Its been 5 days and they have replied only 3 times in response to 6 of my mails, telling me the order is confirmed and being processed. I have been reading on internet how others have been duped by them and i am now getting doubtful. Please get me my money refunded, i have attached pictures of mails. Jun 27, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Okay so atleast in my case, JTSTORE (Stayathome.co.in) has proven to be legit. They took some time definitely but they did deliver my product. Apparently the product was not in stock. I ordered on 7 June. It came in stock on 18 June. And was delivered on 26 June, they gave me tracking id and everything. So they are responsible and worthy. Good people. Product is working great. I am closing this complaint and marking this as resolved. | |||||
