I ordered a jio modem jmr 1040 on 7/7/2020 and i pay the the payment with debit card order no. #17842685 ordered on jt store linked website www.stayathome.com. they don't send any shipping message on email and not on message. I say to jt store that my product deliver me otherwise i complaint to high authority for frauding on websites products....

The jt store website www.stayathome.com.in I purchase a jmr1040 modem Jio on 7th July 2020 we can't received any message of delivery detail and shipping detail from jt store and I pay 1050rupees for this product on their website www.stayathome.com.in with debit card and they don't send any order no. after payment. At last I told jt store and his authoritised website to deliver my product and send me detail of shipping otherwise I complain...

I bought a tenda ac10 router on 7 june 2020 from stayathome.co.in which is a part of jt store. They mailed me informing me i would receive tracking info and id in 48 hours. Its been 5 days and they have replied only 3 times in response to 6 of my mails, telling me the order is confirmed and being processed. I hv ordered 32 items on 5th june on jt store through online (Order no 3826878) i have made the payment of rs.2734/-. It's been 2 months, till now i have not received the items. I just got a leggin. They are not responding to the calls even to the emails. I think they are sending a default reply as it may take more 20 days. Kindly deliver items asap or refund my money back.....

[protected] and they even given the order ID and customer care no. is always busy whenever I am trying I want my money to be refunded by them and government to take necessary action against him and send the founder in to the jail so that he can't cheat anyone I also had proof of the order as my mobikwik wallet transaction history...

I had ordered [Order #2809308] (04/13/2019) a product in JT store which was quoted very less, saying that it was a summer deal. I just paid the required amount online through internet banking and they had sent a reply through email, saying thank you for shopping with them and the order would be processed within 3-4 working days. Then there was no response for a long time and there was no option for tracking the order also. I wrote to them...

I ordered a week back for an lg ultra wet grinder 1.25 ltr, having paid the full amount i have not got any response from them. They are not reachable o. Phone and today there phones are switched off.
My order number is 4802424. I have not got any confirmation too.
They said it will come within five to seven days by courier. I am trying to get the details of despatch but their phones are switched off....

They generated the ticket but no response when i make a call to the customer care they said wait for 5 days but that 5 days keep on increasing and it's almost 5 times i made a call i got same reply from the person who is representing jt store. Order no 298056... Jt store is fraud online shopping website... They cheat people by giving wrong and incomplete information... I'm thinking to launch a campaign about such misleading companies on youtube... And facebook with all the mails and screenshots i've... When i call them they don't receive my call and after some time they switch off their mobiles... Worst company ever......

I ordered for a product under offer on November 8 2017 from JT store.
They said they will make delivery within 30days as it was on offer time..I didn't get my product even after 45days.
When I mailed them regarding this, they said that they will deliver within 7 days or refund 5times of my money..
I tried contacting them in mail several times, all in vain.they reply only one thing
