Dear Sir,
This is to bring to you kind attention that Jubilant foodworks' practices are seemingly misleading. I ordered food through their app (Dominos), and it was guaranteed to get delivered within 30 minutes. However, they delivered the food after 1 hour and that too cold. Upon asking for resolution, they said that they will adjust the Rs. 300 discount in next order from same outlet but will not give refund- which they otherwise claim in public that they give refund.
Sir, this is a case of misleading /false promises by a publicly listed company. Why should a consumer be pressurised to reorder and get the bonafide discount be adjusted against repeat order.
I humbly request to your good office to please see and take strict actions against these kind of malpractices.
The amount seems lesser for an individual, but pls appreciate the value they would have been trying to juice out from crores of customers by pressurising consumers to reorder and increase their repeat purchases.
