Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. — Promise of 30 minutes or free not fulfilled.

I made a prepaid delivery order on 21 of May, 2023 at 11:59A.M from their mobile app. Order Number 17. The oder was a '30 minute delivery or free' order which was delivered to me after 12:33pm, which was way after their self made 30 minutes delivery promise.
I asked the delivery guy about their policy of '30 minutes delivery guarantee' and I was told the money will be refunded back to me in my 'Domino's App Wallet' but that wasn't done, which I found later and then complaint on their Application's chat bot first, where I was told my delivery was made within 30 minutes, and to be precise in 29 minutes i.e. just one minute before the expiration of 30 minutes time. But it wasn't made and it could have not been made anywhere so fast, since the delivery guy was out for delivery, according to domino's itself at 12:27PM of which they sent me the text msg of (Your Domino's order is out for delivery) and by no chance in any manner he could have arrived within 2 minutes at my location from their store which no doubt is not very far but still is 1.3kms and when their own application showed the estimated delivery time of 4 minute. And to prove that the delivery was after the promised 30 minutes I also have the call screenshot of the time when I called their store of the same issue and during which the order arrived, the call was made at 12:33PM and thus, when the call was made after 30 minutes of placing order, how is it possible the order was delivered on the time they quoted me.
I had also upraised this issue by writing and trying to reach them by mails and calls, but I haven't received any satisfactory response till now from their side. I also have screenshot of the location of delivery guy at 12:29pm and 12:30PM in which he can be still to be at store, so again by no chance he reached my location within the 30 minutes promised time.
Also the delivery was 30 minutes or free order not a refund into domino's wallet, which would make me bound to spend my money back onto their poor service, I would want my money back into my source of payment or my bank account.
