I made a prepaid delivery order on 21 of May, 2023 at 11:59A.M from their mobile app. Order Number 17. The oder was a '30 minute delivery or free' order which was delivered to me after 12:33pm, which was way after their self made 30 minutes delivery promise.
I asked the delivery guy about their policy of '30 minutes delivery guarantee' and I was told the money will be refunded back to me in my 'Domino's App Wallet' but that wasn't done, which I found later and then complaint on their Application's chat bot first, where I was told my delivery was made within 30 minutes, and to be precise in 29 minutes i.e. just one minute before the expiration of 30 minutes time. But it wasn't made and it could have not been made anywhere so fast, since the delivery guy was out for delivery, according to domino's itself at 12:27PM of which they sent me the text msg of (Your Domino's order is out for delivery) and by no chance in any manner he could have arrived within 2 minutes at my location from their store which no doubt is not very far but still is 1.3kms and when their own application showed the estimated delivery time of 4 minute. And to prove that the delivery was after the promised 30 minutes I also have the call screenshot of the time when I called their store of the same issue and during which the order arrived, the call was made at 12:33PM and thus, when the call was made after 30 minutes of placing order, how is it possible the order was delivered on the time they quoted me.
I had also upraised this issue by writing and trying to reach them by mails and calls, but I haven't received any satisfactory response till now from their side. I also have screenshot of the location of delivery guy at 12:29pm and 12:30PM in which he can be still to be at store, so again by no chance he reached my location within the 30 minutes promised time.
Also the delivery was 30 minutes or free order not a refund into domino's wallet, which would make me bound to spend my money back onto their poor service, I would want my money back into my source of payment or my bank account.

I visited Jubilant indrapuram office for experience letter and also email to [protected]@jublfood.com team but still not received multiple times sent email but no response, i need experience letter before 30th November2022 so that i can submit the same to my current organization for BGV process if not submitted then he will asking for resign due to this, please check and do the needful urgently.

As per trail mail, your claim has been settled please share your updated bank account details to transfer your amount

And i sent bank account details next day 23july 2021. but still that day i did not get my pf amount. And i already mailing request for update.. but still no one update.. very disipointing.. in fact some employee receive pf amount under 11 month. But in my case it's too much late please please kindly update me please look forward to my process as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply and positive response

I am sangita Ramchiary ex employee of Domino's Pizza dpi code – 66661, Employee id 906232, I applied for pf many times first by visiting to our Dominio’s Hr then he said to go through online process I have applied for PF through online process n then i applied at [protected]@jublfood.com @ Feb 8, 2022, 3:03 PM after this there first reply they said that “it will take 30-45 days to process your PF.” After 45 days still no reply n no update so I mail again to get an update in that update email they said that “As per trail mail, your claim has been settled please share your updated bank account details to transfer your amount “after this I share the account details but still no money has been credited in my bank account. After this I again email them for an update in that update email they said that “We are working on your request and will take 3-5 working days to respond back to you with a status.” After waiting for 1 week I again email them but till date no reply I has been more than 2 year I left the job but for getting my PF amount is getting me stress everyday …i am very depressed right now. I have applied for pf withdrawal as I was working in jubliant food works Ltd since 12.04.2019 to 29.01.2021
The amount was supposed to be credited in my in the 1st week of April 2021 as said by the pf department at the time of verification call but it's not yet credited.. As again said by exit support department that the payment was failed and they need to submit it again.. And again I have claimed for the money.. The same was not credited and now they said that the amount of rs 30005 has been settle on 11 june 2021..but still not credited in my account even sended my bank statement so many times.. No no response yet.. Now they are saying they can't do anything I mean really nusense people are there... If they have sended the money than where it has gone.. In which account they have credited???? Need proper response..
I think this is the reason why dominos is getting more concerns day by day.. The cant serve their employee properly how will they serve their customer..

Domino's Exibition Road Store denied the delivery of food after issuing the bill for it. Shift Manager - Mithlesh Yadav rudely replied and affirmed to complain to whom so ever we want.

The basic principles of online delivery is that once the order is placed it is confirmed and to be delivered by the seller or service provider.

Here, after the bill for the order has been created via bill no. 193. The Shift Manager denied to deliver the food ordered. The reason he provided is nothing short of stupid and unreasonable at best.

I think and believe that the he had personal reason for not delivering the same.

Please look into the matter and enlighten me.
