[Resolved]  Jukaso Journeys — Cheating by the representative

R/Sir, On 05 Nov 16, I have received a call from Jukaso Hotel located at Sunder Nagar New Delhi regarding claiming the three gifts as I informed by your representative ie. Charu Sharma on telephone that you have been sort listed by the company to give three gifts. She requesting me again and again to visit above hotel at Sundar Nagar, Delhi to claim the gifts with my wife. I asked representative on telephone what will do from my side. She informed me just come to our office and took your gifts without paying a single rupees. She also instructed me not meet to any person, I will attend you personally. Accordingly, I visited Jukaso at Sundar Nagar at 1515 hrs and make a call to Miss Charu Sharma, she said to come inside the Jukaso. After taking entry in the Jukaso, I again contact to Miss Sharma then she denied to meet and inform that our seniors will attend you.

2. After some time, I was attended by other representative and ask to fill a from containing my personal information. In which a column was regarding annual income, before fill up it I have queried why you asking my annual income, he said Sir, there is no problem, it is the part of form. Further, I shift to another room where many senior representatives of Jukaso were available. I also attended by two more representative one by one and explain details of Jukaso holiday package amounting to Rs. 1, 65, 000/- and 70, 000/- for many cities and out of country for ten and five years respectively. You can pay this amount in one time or by installments in 48 months @ appx 1300/- by the credit card. Also told if you will took Jukaso holiday package at this time then we give you many officers with it. They pressed me again and again to take the holiday package as it is very beneficial to you. They have bound my mind and I unable to understand what I do. On this, I think that I can afford Rs. 1300/- per month. But I have no cash with me at that time. I think I pay this amount i.e 1300/- from my credit card and I gave my credit card to representative of Jukaso to sweep Rs. 1300/-. He sweep for Rs. 60, 000/- first time but due to non availability of limit transaction could not be completed. Again second time he sweep for Rs. 40000/-, due to non availability of limit transaction could not be completed. Further, he sweep credit card third time for Rs. 20000/-, accordingly the transaction had completed. I entered pin three times but I think there may be connectivity/other problem as I was sure that limit of Rs. 1300/- is available. Due to discharge of my mobile at that particular time it is not come to my knowledge that said transactions has been made on credit card, after charging my mobile I read the msgs and come to my notice, he sweep my credit card three times and two time transaction could not be completed due to non-availability of limit. This process completed by representation without giving in my knowledge that he is going to sweep Rs. 60000/-, 40000/- and 20000/-. In the last a transaction for Rs. 20000/- on my card completed. It is the cheating/deception with a customer that without giving in the knowledge he sweep Rs. 20000/-. Now, I am not interested as he give me a fake/mismatch information in the briefing and I decide to return it.
3. In view of above, I submitted a written application to Jukaso Hotel as I am not interested and I cannot afford for this. In this regard, I have sent an email on mail address [protected]@jukasojourneys.com on 08 Nov 2016. But till date no reply recd on my registered mail ID.

4. On 11 Nov 16, I made a call on land line no.[protected] regarding refund of said amount. I informed him about my case and told him no reply recd me from Jukaso on my email. He took my Traveler ID and Contract ID for knowing present status of my case and put me on hold. After some time, he informed I took your request for processing of refund and also arrange a call to you from concerned department in this regard. It will be returned you within 90 days after deduction Rs. 5000/- and Govt. tax. I ask him why you will deduct Rs. 5000/-, he requested me it will be clarified by concerned deptt.
6. After waiting for a considerable time today i.e 16 Nov 16 I again contact on said no. but no satisfied reply give my by the Jukaso.
7. I therefore request you to direct the Jukaso to credit swept amount on my credit card before its bill generation i.e 21 Nov 2016, as they sweep Rs. 20, 000/- by cheating/deception and without giving in my knowledge as I said above. I will be thankful for early action.
