[Resolved]  Jukaso Journeys — company not refunding for cancellation of membership contract

My contact number is 120381 with names sanjeev kumar and jyoti and this membership was purchased from jukaso through mr. Ankit and ms. Sujata from sagar ratna sector 9 panchkula on feb 25th 2018 and put cancellation request on 6th march 2018 within 10 days look-up period of cancellation as per written in contract after knowing that we were highly misguided with modified information and false statements by simran, sujata and ankit in the meeting.

Ankit who was manager and lead there for this whole thing tried his best to convince me to not filing this cancellation request by promising me additional tour packages free of cost but i had realized that all this was a trap so i did not agree and put up my cancellation request with in given period of time. What to say about ankit, he himself later on said many unpleasant things about the company admitting that they misguided us and he is leaving the company also by july end due to all these odd things going with in the company.

It's been 5 months now but did not even get any concrete status of my refund from jukaso inspite of so many reminders mails and calls. On customer support i always get their response that your refund status is coming as in progress which i am sure will continue as it is for many more months and years to come if i don't take any legal action against the company now.

A few days back, somehow i got a chance to talk to mr. Ajay tomar as customer support executive passed my call to him. Ajay told me that he supervises all these cancellation cases and he has not received any information from account department for my cancellation request as of yet and asked me to share all emails and reminders with him which i have been doing with jukaso on their email ids. He gave me his official email id where i shared all required information with him too. He gave me assurance to get back to me the same day with complete status of my refund and final date for refund as well but days passed and no such update is received from him also inspite of separate reminders sent to him as well.

A company which boasts of providing its satisfactory services to its members and committed to excel more in time to come, how can it be so mean, unethical and so highly unprofessional in processing cancellation and refund requests. This all leads to make a belief even more strong that company is misleading innocent people by conducting meetings to sale their membership plans where their representatives modify the things and facts to misguide the people to any extent to meet their targets.

But my wait is over and no more reminders and requests now. I have prepared myself completely to take legal actions against company at different levels. I have i initiated the process also and i am very positive that i will get my hard earned money back (Without any deduction and even with interest of these months) without loosing my honor, dignity and self respect which jukaso people tried to make down by harassing over last 5 months.

This is in reference to your complaint, we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience faced by our member because of the same. we would like to inform you that if you want to cancel the membership after 10 days amount will be refund you as per the company norms after deduction 60% amount also mention in agreement singed by you.

Hi, this complaint is filed by me and see the height of shamelessness and unprofessionalism by this Jukaso company that he marked my issue resolved by saying 60pc would be deducted after 10 days if cancelled. But they simply did not read ny complaint, I filed withdrawal within 10 days not after 10 days. Got acknowledgement for the same also from Jukaso and even mails also approval of my Refund as it stands valid. Still they did not pay it after giving written assurances multiple times and getting fed up of their this harassment, finally I took legal action by filing complaint against their ill will to refund to DCP office Panchkuia where I came to know 1 FIR and 10-12 more complaints are filed up against there fraud. My complaint is going to turn to FIR now as Police also approached then at their office for Refund which they again have false assurances and did not return. Soon my complaint agaikat them would be turned in to FIR against them and then they will have to face the consequences thereafter.

Just waiting for that day when these frauds will be behind the bars and case would be filed against them.

What the status now Jukaso team for my approved refund request...what you have to say now??? Want to close this complaint my marking it as Resolved by false notes...go ahead and do it as next time I would re-open it with all facts and proves uploaded.

Your team if marking almost all complaints by mentioning false reasons which in itself describe how false your Company assurances are. Anyways my complaint at DCP office in form of FIR soon going to know your door and believe me I will go till last point to teach you guyz a lesson so that in future you do not do these kind of cheap harassment to innocent people. Its not about just getting my hard earned money back now, this is more about teaching your Company management a lesson against the harrasement you have been doing since long time in the name of these so called packages and also in the name of Refund request and withdrawals.

Shame on you guyz!

I assure you no matter how much time it would take, but the legal way which I have adopted now will do the justice soon!
