My contact number is 120381 with names sanjeev kumar and jyoti and this membership was purchased from jukaso through mr. Ankit and ms. Sujata from sagar ratna sector 9 panchkula on feb 25th 2018 and put cancellation request on 6th march 2018 within 10 days look-up period of cancellation as per written in contract after knowing that we were highly misguided with modified information and false statements by simran, sujata and ankit in the meeting.
Ankit who was manager and lead there for this whole thing tried his best to convince me to not filing this cancellation request by promising me additional tour packages free of cost but i had realized that all this was a trap so i did not agree and put up my cancellation request with in given period of time. What to say about ankit, he himself later on said many unpleasant things about the company admitting that they misguided us and he is leaving the company also by july end due to all these odd things going with in the company.
It's been 5 months now but did not even get any concrete status of my refund from jukaso inspite of so many reminders mails and calls. On customer support i always get their response that your refund status is coming as in progress which i am sure will continue as it is for many more months and years to come if i don't take any legal action against the company now.
A few days back, somehow i got a chance to talk to mr. Ajay tomar as customer support executive passed my call to him. Ajay told me that he supervises all these cancellation cases and he has not received any information from account department for my cancellation request as of yet and asked me to share all emails and reminders with him which i have been doing with jukaso on their email ids. He gave me his official email id where i shared all required information with him too. He gave me assurance to get back to me the same day with complete status of my refund and final date for refund as well but days passed and no such update is received from him also inspite of separate reminders sent to him as well.
A company which boasts of providing its satisfactory services to its members and committed to excel more in time to come, how can it be so mean, unethical and so highly unprofessional in processing cancellation and refund requests. This all leads to make a belief even more strong that company is misleading innocent people by conducting meetings to sale their membership plans where their representatives modify the things and facts to misguide the people to any extent to meet their targets.
But my wait is over and no more reminders and requests now. I have prepared myself completely to take legal actions against company at different levels. I have i initiated the process also and i am very positive that i will get my hard earned money back (Without any deduction and even with interest of these months) without loosing my honor, dignity and self respect which jukaso people tried to make down by harassing over last 5 months.
