[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — Consumer harassment, fumbled information and deaf ear to complaints | |||||
- reference to above subject, i have purchased a membership no; 144821 for 3 years on 1st april 2017, at patiala (Punjab). - this membership was sold by mr. Sandeep mahajan (Khtri) phone no. - [protected], and miss. Manjot phone no. -[protected]. - i have paid rs.36000/-, i was offered 2 holiday free gift certificates no; 63195 and 63392 for 2 nights and 3 days alongwith free breakfast. -when i tried to book my holidays from 7/7/2017 to 11/7/2017 for pune on these 2 gift certificates on 13/5/2017 through sending a request to your reservation department, on 17/5/2017. - i received a call from jukaso journey's asking for deposit of rs. 8000/- in bank. No official mail or letter sent to me, as mr. Sandeep at the time of selling membership kept on stressing on free, as he assured free stay and free breakfast, so i was of the view there should not be any charges for gift certificate bookings, so i asked the caller to wait i will contact mr. Sandeep, i contacted mr. Sandeep, he assured me to take care of my bookings, he kept me saying every other day your booking will happen in a day or two, but it never happened therafter he even stopped picking my phone or reverting my whatsapp, i contacted miss. Manjot, but she too did not cared to address my issue. - i contacted again on the toll free number on 26/5/2017 to 31/5/2017 several times thereafter jukaso journey's sent me written demand for rs. 8000/ on 31/5/2017, so i deposited rs. 8000/- in axis bank account no; [protected] of journey resorts pvt. Ltd. Through imps reference number [protected] on dated 31/5/2017 and sent the mail regarding deposit on 1/6/2017, along with sending whatsapp clips on mobile number [protected] provided by mr. Abhishek. - thereafter despite everyday calling to the toll free number and writing so many mails to info @ jukasojourneys, anuj. [protected]@jukasojourneys.com and [protected]@jukasojourneys.com, for my confirmation of booking but that never happened altough almost a week has passed after depositing money. - no company official is responding to the emails/ phone calls, seems like my hard earned rs.36, 000 + rs. 8, 000= rs.44, 000 have got wasted.
