[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — Dae membership-cheated in the name of better service on false commitment | |||||
My story is same as all others.in shopper stop of select city walk i filled my contact details next day on (20-jun-2016) i got a call regarding surprise and when went there they explained it as surprise. I told them i don't have money, they asked if i had credit card, i told i am unable to pay the whole amount even if i get convert it into emis. They told me they will convert whole amount into interest free emi of 36 months. So i have paid 1, 55, 000 for 10 year dae membership and accordingly they have to convert whole amount into interest free emis of 4305.5 for 36 months. On very next day (21-jun-2016) i went to their select city walk office to cancel the membership as i have an ongoing loan to pay and unable to pay even emi of 4305.5 so i requested to cancel my membership and return the money. Then they told me they will refund an amount of 27000/- to retain me and all provisions are same (Like interest free conversion into emis) i have written mail about it. Then in the next bill cycle of my credit card i seen that the whole amount of 1, 55, 000/- have been charged and they did not converted it into interest free emis. Then i approched the jukaso office and told them about the bill. They told me that some problem is going on while converting your amount into emi and you have to convert it by yourself. Then i asked what about interest charged. They told they will settle latter. I feeled so cheated about it. I raised dispute about it in my bank, my bank refused to help and told me to file a complaint in consumer forum. I tried to contact the jukaso persons but they are not picking my phone. I tried to contact costumer care but they are very rude and in no mood to look into my problem. I emailed many times to the contact email id but they are not responding. I am paying an interest of around 3.5% monthly on principal amount of 155000 and i don't have money to pay the whole 155000/- I want my whole money along with interest i have paid on it.
