[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — Didn't receive, kit requested, cancellation and refund no response yet

I purchased 5 years holiday plan @ 90, 000 in pune from rakesh verma on 10-oct-2016, till then no papers received.
I have mailed him cancellation request, as agreed by him before selling plan to refund full amount if i cancel within 1 month. It's more than a week of request and no update.

On call and email, he assured refund, till now no update. His mobile not reachable and another employee sandeep kanojiya from pune not picking up my call

I want my full refund
