With my wife visited jukaso inn sundar nagar, new delhi at 22nd october 2017 on invitation by their executive and then their executives named ms. Seema and ms. Jasleen started to show us various facilities provides by then at different locations.
They showed us a five year mini travel plan for rs. 95000 with amc of rs.5000.
Since 95 k is a big amount for me so ms. Seema offered me to convert 95000 into installments and she informed me they have tie up with banks and got it convert in 24 installment and installment amount would be rs.3958.33 with around 5000 interest amount and interest amount of rs. 5k will be reimbursed by them.
If i convert this amount into 24 emi so bank will charge total rs.120000 including interest in 24 months.
At that time i gave my credit card and to swipe and they immediately charged 95k from my credit card.
Now nothing has converted into emi and my banks sent my credit card statement with rs. 95000.
I have tried many times to contact both of the executives on the mobile nos. Provided by them but they don't receive my calls.
They offered three options of special offers with that plan.
1. One iphone7 or ipad.
2. 3 nights domestic trip with air tickets.
3. Wave off of amc.
We chose second option after confirmation regarding air tickets with the executive ms. Jasleen.
After ensuring everything with them we have signed agreement and got the a copy of the same on the spot when we asked them about documents of special offer and air tickets they ensured us that they will send the docs. With welcome kit.
We received welcome kit containing membership card and login id and password after 4 days without any documents related to special offer with air tickets.
I called their customer helpline no. [protected] and informed by their executive that there is no air ticket included in my plan and it was a simple domestic trip worth rs. 20000 only.
So they have cheated me for the amount and made fake promises.
We have already sent an application for request of refund of rs. 95000, to their gurgaon office with signed of both traveller and co traveller through courier and the same has already delivered at their office.
We also replied back to them on the email received from [protected]@jukasojourneys.com.
I request again that please respond on my mail/application and refund my entire money immediately.
