I visited the jukaso journeys team and they explained about this package worth rs 129, 000 contract id # 138718 on 5th may 2019. I went back home and read the reviews of fraud and decided to cancel the contract so dropped the mail to them same day. They did not do it rather called me for face to face discussion. I met payal khanna ([protected]) on 6th may 2019 where she confirmed me that they would provide the services and in case they fail to do so, they will refund the entire amount without any deductions. Also, they were supposed to refund an amount of rs 25k on 10th june '19. Its already mid of july and she has blocked my calls and also not responding to my mail or messages. Please assist in getting the refund.

    Hi,
    I have taken the membership in 2015, but cancelled the membership in the same month, when i requested for refund of 50k it was assured that the refund will be given in 3 to 6 months.
    But still after 4 years i have not got the refund, whenever i called customer care it was told to me that it is in process and ticket no has been given.
    Please see the below response from jukaso team.

    We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with the reference # 1031431
    A customer service representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a response within 48 hours. Thank you for your support.

    We have been writing to Payal Khanna for last 3 years for our membership refund of Cust_is 32829, but the complaint is unheard... Payal Khanna is rude and an unprofessional employee and hard to find in office... no one gives her contact numbers too.

    I request anyone how reads this complaint not to engage with Jukaso..

      During 15th jul'18 we attended an event of jukaso journey held at hotel ginger, sector 14, gurgaon.

      During event sales team explained about the various membership offers and unfortunately we purchased a 1 year holiday membership by paying an amount of rs. 20, 000 (On emi, through credit card).

      After returning back from hotel, we checked all the documents & reviews from other customers, we observed many negative feedback & further after deep understanding, we found to be cheated, since the verbal explanation & actual features were not in line with the membership plan.

      On very next day, during 16th july'18, i again visited the event venue & discussed the things with mr. Ajay tomar (Customer & legal representative, jukaso) & mr. Sonu (Sales team, jukaso) & clarified the plan & benefits offered by jukaso, but everything was false. All the offers were fake & useless.

      In reference to all above details, we request you to cancel our membership (Id 134757), with immediate effect & refund all our hard earned money at the earliest.

      Please be noted, till date we have not availed any benefits or any service related to the product purchased from jukaso journeys. It's been almost 12 months, we request to cancel our membership & process the refund.
      As per your company policy, refund should be processed within 3 months of cancellation request, however the company is not able to recover from financial crisis.

        Since the commencement of the Membership (Jun 2017) we approached multiple times but no vacation/ allotment was provided . We are now frusted and seem ourself cheated by Jukaso Marketing team.

        No guidance and assistance is provided.. Each time the property is either not available or they ignore picking our calls.

        if there is No service and not even a single one, since the membership started then they should extended our membership. or Refund our money.

          Jukaso Jurney's took 25k from us but didn't give any holiday to us. I've sent the mail on [protected]@jukasojourneys.com, [protected]@jukasojourneys.com & [protected]@jukasojourneys.com for money refund also but they said that i am not eligible for refund. Ms. Payal, Ms. Sonia, Mr. Ashwini make us fool they told us to give balance amount. We request them to collect from our residence as we do not have such money with us at that time but they didn't send any executive to collect the money & didn't reply of our ph calls. I request you to pls. file the case & i request you to pls. take my money back from them. You can see a lots of complaint on Google against Jukaso Jurneys the fraud company. I've attached all the documents & applications.

          Jukaso will never call i know. A bundle of Frauds means Jukaso. Paisa looto or hazam kar jao is the motive of this third class company. I don't know who can give the Justice to the customers if they don't care about even for Customer forum?
          I've not received any call back from Jukaso since 21st june to till date. Pls. take a hard action against them as they are fraud company with fraud staff.

              I purchased your membership for Rs 25000 on 25-Sep-2016 by executive Kripa Shankar Pandey at Jukaso Inn, SunderNagar, New Delhi. I cancel the same on 2-Oct-2016 by term and condition within 15 days. But they did not provide me the cancellation amount. This is totally fraud system

                My name is Mayank Sharma & my membership no. is 59578. I have cancelled this membership & asked for refund cheque. I have also, received mail confirmation from Jukaso that my request for cancellation have been processed & i will receive my refund cheque very soon. But, still, after almost 2 years i have not received this money back. I am following up for refund of my money regularly. But, not getting my refund cheque. I have also, visited your hotel many time, but every time they give excuses only. Please provide my cheque at the earliest.

                  I have taken membership on 17-apr-2019 due to fake commitment made by sales team. But later on very next day i have send a mail request for cancellation i. E 18 april. But till date my refund is not received. My member id-138530. Their toll free is not working neither they are replaying on mails. I think i was right to make a decision of cancellation as such behavior is highly unprofessional that too being in hospitality industry.                     I was called with my husband in Jukaso Inn at Sundar Nagar, Delhi on 6 jan 2018 and was charged Rs. 55, 000 on pretext of following offers:

                    1.Membership for 5 years of Jukaso and complimentary DAE membership for a one time sum of Rs. 55, 000/- (inclusive of AMC).


                    2. Annually free invitation for 5-6 events will be sent to me for whole family, wherein food and stay for that night will be included therein.


                    3.In a year, total 11 nights being offered to me, I can bring 6 Adults and 3 kids for stay.


                    4.During stay, pick and drop facility, sight-seeing, 24*7 cheff availability, Spa access, nanny for child, GYM and other such things which would be free of cost. There will be a charge of Rs. 600 to 1, 000 only for food for whole day, inclusive of Lunch and Dinner.


                    5.Stay will be free for 4 nights at Jukaso and 7 nights of DAE, cost will be around 1100 per day.


                    Also, nights can be pre-availed and extension of membership of 3 years will be given.


                    6.In all Jukaso resorts/inns, banquets will be offered free for no restriction of number of bookings and food will be charged at 50% of price.


                    7.At non-Jukaso banquets/hotels 30% discount will be given on behalf of Jukaso membership at my final negotiated price.
                    8. They showed 40 + properties with jukaso journeys but only 15 are reflected in the kit.( pic. attached)
                    9.They promised that they will confirm the booking within a week for any visit in india and 3 months for a foreign trip.

                    However, when i tried my booking on 16.jan.18, they refused my request stating unavailability. I was refused for all the future requests for booking.
                    The support staff does not pick up the calls, the mails are left unanswered...its a complete case of fraud...they should also pay for the mental harassment caused

                      Following up for more than 3weeks but no response on mail and toll free number not working. Nobody contact me. Even confirm for booking on mail but after than no details sent and nobody responding with details. Worst service from jukaso.

                      Payment taken advance by doing wrong commitments and now they are not giving services. There is no authority who can listen consumer complaints.

                        This company is a big fraud and not only me but everyone dealing with this company is suffering from it. They promised me to give i phone 6 by hand and the holiday package but i cancelled the plan with in 2 days only because they did not even gave an i phone vi in 2 days. As per their policy they accept the cancellation within 7 days but i did it in 2 days only still they did not refunded my amount and are still mailing that we will refund the amount. Plz take any serious action against the company. I want my money back

                          I took jukaso journey on 2015 and paid 35000 rupees to the company for 10 years booking for national and international book ings.i did not use the package for 4 years now in 5 th year I wanted to book for Singapore vacation.their representative told through mail that they have property on in India
                          I told u had some collaboration between DAE for international.then they sent website address I contacted DAE people they said u have to contact jukaso .jukaso people called me in evening saying that let me check and said no property is beyond 40000 in Singapore and u have paid 35000.i said I'm aware there are certain properties through make my trip and air BNB available.he said u will be using all your money in one go. I had an argument with him and I asked for refund.he deliberately kept the phone down n cut it and mailed that my 60 percent money will be cut and 40 only refunded. Another issue was I was trying to call them from last month for the same there nobody picks up the phone and o jad to communicate again through mail.also I would like to get all the interest of 35000 and also would like to claim the harassment caused by these people who have opened fraudulent activity.

                            I along with my wife was invited by journeys by jukaso's team in one of their branch office to explain about their membership and hotels. All the membership details were presented to us very nicely and were told that we can cancel/surrender membership and my amount we will be refunded after deducting some administrative charges. They offered me a 10 years membership for rs. 1, 50, 000/-. I decided to go for this on my wife's name, filled the application form and paid rs 1, 50, 000/- using my credit card. Copy of the application form filled by was also not given to us as they said that the same shall be given after full payment.

                            After coming home i decided to check reviews of the company and found lots of complaints against jukaso journeys. So i decided to cancel my membership, called them very next day and e-mailed the same on 4 oct 2018 to jukaso team on email id [protected]@jukasojourneys.com. I even informed the same to them on phone and i was assured that my money of rs. 1, 50, 000/- will be refunded to me very soon. Till date i have called journeys team so many times and even e-mailed regarding my refund. I have been assured by them multiple times on phone that all my amount of rs. 1, 50, 000/- will be refunded to me but till date i have not received my money back.

                            I had just filled and signed an application form on my wife's name with membership id (219590) was generated by them. Even after next day of withdrawing application, journeys team has my money with them and not refunding it. A copy of my credit card statement was also given to them but that’s also of no use. Even i am not got any reply from them.
                            I have copies of all emails exchanged with them along with journey. Snap shot of these mails along with snapshot of credit card payment details is attached for reference.

                            At the time of meeting sales representative told me that after reading terms and conditions i can go for surrender/cancellation, then my money will be refunded. When i realize that company is mis-selling and mis-representing the fact through their sales executives. I. E. - mailed them for surrender of package well in time. But company/call center executive is now ignoring me. Which is wrong and cheating?

                            This is very big amount for me.
                            I am feeling very cheated and afraid about my hard earn money.

                              I have bought mini membership form jukaso on 2nd may 2017 paid amount rs. 1 lakh which 5 years membership. Its been now two years, they are not responding the mails, even speaking in a very rude manner, din`t give any welcome gift which they promised, disconnecting the call. No service. At the time of membership they told us if jukaso property is not available in the city, we `ll give you bookings in another hotels, as they tie up. But nothing is there. They all are [censored]. Some days back i met ms. Payal khanna, that lady even does not know how to speak with customer, very rude. I have asked her to refund my money but straight forward she said she will not refund. Very arrogantly she spoke. As she has given her no to me & i am trying to call her but either her no is switched off, busy or disconnecting the call. She is not replying at all.
                              These people are really fraud.

                              I have read so many complaints against them. I think we collectively have to file a case against them to make them understand their values.

                                My name is vipan kanwar, membership id-131934 this is totally fraud company, just aim to collect people money and after that no response or feedback, very poor services, i am about to lodge police compliant against this company owners. I taken their membership in june after paying committed amount and their manager ankit singh made promise that we will convert the amount in emi options and given me written assurance on mail about benefits, but nor my emi was done and they start away denied the offers given from their employees from his official mail id. One customer executive start following the case even after one week she also start stop picking the phone[protected], i wrote them number of mail but every time they issue o e ticket and mail that they will respond but till i haven't receive any response from them. I came to know they forward my membership for cancellation without any reason. Eve i wrote on their twitter or facebook accounts but no one bother to answer same with thge management. So kindly take care people, it is your hard earn money and they are big frauds. Kindly help me to teach them a lesson so that they stop playing with peoples money.

                                    I have taken a membership 3 years back and i have paid 1.2 lakhs but these people have not even helped me to take a holiday as they never respond to emails and phone calls. When i said that i want refund they called and gave me so much offer. Why are we killing terrorists of pakistan? Let them live because jukaso is also a soft terrorist killing their own brothers. If there is no response after this i will take action in such a way that all their properties will suffer. My member ship id is 139559. Cheats who never respond.

                                      On 08.05.2018, I paid Rs 65, 000 towards Purchase of Journeys Resorts Pvt Ltd (JRPL) Membership ID 129260 / Traveller ID 213373 and signed an Agreement. The Agreement has the following violations : (1) While Signing the Agreement, I was trying to read it. Then I was told that a copy of the Agreement shall be provided to me. They have provided a unsigned copy. Further, the unsigned copy provided is not having all the pages of the Agreement. Unsigned copy is nothing but a draft copy. (2) Before signing the Agreement, a verbal & promises/ assurance was made that Annual Facilitation Fee (AFF) of Rs 5000 /yr shall be waived-off. But it is not mentioned anywhere in the Agreement. Further, it was told that AFF shall be applicable only for the year o[censored]se, not for each & every years. While as per the Agreement, it is applicable/ payable for each & every yrs. (3) A verbal & promises/ assurance was made that the Interest charges on EMI shall be refunded to me. Accordingly I had opted for 12 months EMI plan. But in the Draft Agreement, 24 months is mentions without any mention about Refund. ( 4) I was not explained about my Holiday Plan ie "Mini Membership" as mentioned in the Agreement. During the presentation, nothing was explained about "colour of season" size of room etc and process for changing season & room etc. (5) As per the Agreement, Dial An Exchange (DAE) is for a specified period of one yr. subsequently, necessary consideration for renewal of DAE shall be paid. It was not told during the presentation. Therefore, as per the Clause no. 8.1 of the Agreement (ie Withdrawal of application for refund), Kindly direct JRPL to withdraw my application & refund full amount ie Rs 65, 000

                                        I have purchased a membership from journeys by jukaso at sagar ratana sec. 9 panchkula on 25.02.2018 vide membership number 204593 for 3 years. It was agreed that i have to pay rs.40000/, i paid rs.30000/on the spot by debit card and the rest rs.10000/ had to be paid later on, but mean while i came to know that this plan is not fit for me and i decided to withdraw and told the sale representative (Mr. Munish chandan) that i do not want to continue my membership and please refund my amount immediately. He assured me about 100% refund. I had completed all the formalities as per his advise. I have even sent a detailed mail on 01.03.2018 to cancel the purchase and get my amount refunded without any further delay. As per the company terms and conditions of agreement i have applied for the refund with in stipulated time. I received a mail from the company that "we would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with the reference # 1009841. A customer service representative will be reviewing your request and will send you response within 48 hours." but as of now no one from jukaso has contacted me regarding how my refund will be initiated. I have sent several mails and tried to contact your customer care but have not received any positive response till date, the only excuse which they give is that 'my application is under process and my refund will be sent in 90 days as per company policy'. But i would like to bring this in your notice that the time period of 90days is over and till date they have same lame excuses to provide with.

                                        I have contacted madam payal khanna on 30.5.2018 by telephonic call but she was not ready to listen to my issue and asked very rudely "who provided you my mobile no", after that she said that its your problem and company is not responsible. When i told her that i have completed all formailties with in stipulated time and as per advise of your sales team she told me that she will inform after 10 min but till date i have not received any call. I talked to mr. Ankit singh[sales manager ] but he behaved very arrogantly and said that you can make a police complaint, we don't care.

                                        I am demanding the refund from the company as per policy and rather cheating has been done with me because sales representative and agreement have different versions.
                                        Company is befooling the public and applying delaying and harassment tactics.
                                        I am not begging from the company and refund claim is my right because company has cheated on each and every step.
                                        I again request the company to send my refund amount without any further delay.
                                        Jukaso Journeys customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
