Jukaso Journeys — fraud | |||||
They Invited me at their hotel and fraudulently sold their holiday package to me by miss communication. I bought the holiday package on 4th Feb 2018 of Rs45, 000 and on the same day I called my credit card banker to stop the transaction as they did fraud with me. As per Indian Banking rules they can not stop the payment. On the next day morning I called Jukaso to cancel my package to get refund. Now they are saying that we will process your refund after 90 working days. This is completely unethical to sell their product by manipulating the facts and say that you will get your refund after 90 working days Is not acceptable. I further research about the company on google and found that they did the same with so many people. I request to my government to stop this company and help us to get refund quickly. Jukaso Journeys customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 23, 2018 Jukaso Journeys Customer Care's response Dear Concern, Greetings!!! This is to clarify that member Mr. Kapil bearer of contract ID 115890, had purchase a 3 years membership plan from our company on 4th Feb, 2018 and applied for cancellation on 5th of Feb, 2018 since then our concern department (Retention) is continuously in touch with the member, and trying to provide with best possible satisfactory resolution to member, however in case member wants refund company isn't at all denying for same and will process the refund as per company's terms & conditions mentioned over purchase agreement signed by the member. This people are fraud and cheat ...They must be beaten on streets. Fake promises, they dont haheve any tie ups. I am from Goa. and will make them cry now.Need all yours support.
