On 09 Dec 2016, at Jukaso Inn, SunderNagar, New Delhi I was Invited by Journeys by Jukaso team saying that i have got some gift voucher filled at Haldirams Lajpat Nagar, me and my wife was explained about the Lucrative offers of Journeys by Jukaso by Miss Shefali Gupta, Richa Bhatia and Mr. Dhananjay Mishra. I was convinced by them to take the plan of 10 years that costed 1 lakh rs, but then there occurred many things that day which shook me.

1) The agreement that was signed by me, i asked for the photocopy of that, but what i was given is not the agreement to what i signed. Why i was not given the proper signed photocopy of the Agreement ? In that case, We visited there sales office in Jukaso Inn, SundarNagar and got the duly signed agreement. But again, why it was not given in the first time ?

2) On 10th December, 2016 i have been requesting to cancel my credit card payment, first of all i was not entertained, after making hundred of calls, i was told that there is a technical glitch from our end and we can not cancel the transaction. Moreover the conversation done was too rude to handle, why i was not treated like a customer should be treated. I can not find any kind of cooperation and hospitality from your end. Then, how can you handle your customers for 10 years, if you can't handle for a single day.

3) Even after asking quite number of times that do i need to pay the amount today? They didn't inform us and kept saying that there is a system of EMI, and EMIs will be taken from your card, You just sign the agreement the words were "YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TODAY"

Then there came the agreement, when i was reading the agreement, we realized that the name of mine was misspelled( Sandeep was written as Sndeep) and my Company's Name was also wrong, when me and my wife were telling Miss Shefali to amend the document, Mr Dhananjay asked for the Credit Card, i thought he might need it to have some details of Credit Card, i trusted him and what he did in return was that he swiped my card, the icing on the cake was HE DIDN'T ASK ME TO FILL THE PIN ALSO, I was given the ATM swiped receipt of 1 Lakh without me entering the pin for my AMEX credit card which had a chip and it is illegal to do so. The name written on the slip is JOURNEY RESORTS SUNDERNAGAR NEW DELHI, first of all i was in the state of shock that he swiped my card in a blink of eye, i was not even able to believe what did just happen, then later i realized that they didn't even a give a proper receipt of this, How will i prove that this slip is the payment of membership plan of 10 years ???

Secondly next day when i went there to ask that how could you take 1 lakh when you said That EMIs will be there, they had no answer and said that its better if you cancel the membership and we will deduct 5000 and will give 95000 back in 90 days. ( THIS WAS NOT INFORMED BY ANYONE ON THE DAY BEFORE).

This is my hard earned money and not black money, I do agree that i decided of to take the membership plan but i expected transparency which they didn't give. I was convinced that EMI of Rs 4000 would be there, NEITHER the payment mode was explained nor i was told that PIN will not be entered by me, neither the cancellation procedure was told nor the refund.

We are another party which has been cheated and fooled by Jukaso. We were invited to a presentation and the smart salesman made us cough up 1.5 lakhs with a promise of Bali holiday. Nothing happened for some months and we approached the higher ups. We were send a written confirmation that the promise will be honoured, Then the concerned official Radha Rani left her job. The next one Smita also send us written confirmation that promise will be honoured. But nothing is happening. Despite repeated visits to Jukaso and telephonic calls our trip is not being organised. The changing managers come up with new excuses to fool us.
We took this membership only because of Bali holiday promise or why would any sensible consumer spend 1.5 lakhs for a 10 year membership. We were sweettalked into the deal. But what is worse is subsequent people are also doing the same. I think Mr Khanna is aware of the issue. Thet is why written confirmations were send. But people under him probably want the matter to go on. We are not beggars. We just want our due or please return the amount with interest and compensation for mental and physical harrassment.
Hi Jatin Manchanda Here From Chandigarh. i was invited by jukaso journey in feb 2018 at SAGAR RATNA sector 9 Panchkula. I purchased juakso joirney package in feb 2018 and pay 50, 000 Rs.
When i came back to home i discuss with my family they said this is not good. I call back to the person from whoome I purchased ( Mr Ankit & Sidhartha) they said why u wana cancel, i told them that this is my family issue and some financial reasons. They invite me again at sagar ratna panchkula sec-9. On 5th of February 2018 they mark cancellation. And told me that ur money will be refund with in 90 working days. That time Mr Ankit said Sir i will try that ur money will be refund with in 15-20 days. From 5 Feb 2018 they are just making fool of me that under process you will got ur money in 15 days then next month then in 20 days . But still i am not getting a single ruppees. On 5th of August 6 Months completes. Now Mr.Ankit[protected] not Picked up my Call. Not Even Sidhartha pick my call. In May 2018 Mr. Ankit said U will get ur cheque in June end, On 30 June He said Sir U will get ur cheque in July End. From 28 July 2018 he is not picked up my call. I have 3 mobile number in which my 2 numbers are blocked by jukaso company. I am not able to call on customer care from that 2 numbers, whenever i dial customer care number an IVR service said this is wrong number. So i call from different numbers. Many times I sent email on jukaso official mail id but no reply from company. Now i tried from different numbers then customer care executives said ur request is under process. I dnt which kind of calender jukaso used coz in 6 months they are not able to get 90 working days. Today My Wife call on customer care and customer care executive said that u will get a PDC cheque next month, and u have to collect the cheque from gurgaon. When my wife asked that which date will be mentioned on cheque, Then Customer care executive said u will get a cheque with the date of Around December.It means Jukaso will refund the money in 10 months not in 90 days. And still its not sure that i get the cheque. In Feb 2018 Jukaso executive Ankit said u will get 45, 000. I Pay them 50, 000 but they will refund 45, 000. Ankit said this is a process i will not get the GST of 5000. I said ok sir give me 45000. Today on 3rd August after 6 said Sir u will get 42000. 5000 is GST and 3000 service charges.

They are making us fool daily.
