[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — Membership has been cancelled but still not received refund amount | |||||
I had purchased membership of Jukaso Journeys (of Rs55000) on 21st of May 2016 and submitted cancellation request on 23rd of May 2016. I send the mail to the concerned department of Jukaso and after calling their customer care no [protected], it has been advised to me that money will be refunded back after 90 working days as per their company policy(after deducting Rs5000+taxes extra) however still didn't get my money back as 90 working days are also over. After calling their customer care no several times, they have replied that you will get your rest of the money back in the middle of January 2017 which seems to be suspicious as fraudulent as that's against their policy. Attention here: Please take your money via legal actions. If you keep on following up casually with these people, they will never refund your money. I personally know a lady whose money they have not returned for the past 2.5 years.
