Sec-14, Gurgaon, as i have already booked my air tickets to pune, so seeing no options deposited rS.8000/- on 31/5/2017 IMPS reference number [protected], and sent transaction details on mobile number [protected] as provided by company official Mr. Ashish, but despite lapse of 2 days no confirmation of my booking is sent, I have made several calls to reservation team they just kept on saying confirmation mail will be sent within 5 minutes but despite waiting for whole day, no confirmation mail received...

Updated by shaktikhanna Called jukaso reservation team on toll free several time on 5/6/2017, regarding confirmation status but answer was just "we are sending confirmation mail in few minutes " but nothing happened...no email or revert came .

Updated by shaktikhanna Again jukaso people faltered, they issued confirmation voucher for PUNE from 7/7/2017 to 9/7/2017, for one room, although originally I booked for 7/7/2017 to 11/7/2017, one room. As we are 4adults going, so on suggestion from jukaso people ( MR. Ashish ) we opted for 2 rooms booking from 7/7/2017 to 9/7/2017 . But they issued confirmation for one room only, although they have charged me for both rooms @ RS. 2000/ Per night as utility /taxes. Even this confirmation voucher delivered to me after 100 s of calls / mails and harash words...

Updated by shaktikhanna Reputation of any company depends on after sale service of customers, and behavior of its officials, moreover as jukaso is dealing in hospitality industry, so customer satisfaction should be utmost, but until now from only reply of this company it appears they are least bothered about customers, money making is only motive...

Jukaso journeys...and astonished to find Annual charges of Rs.3000/- although as per contract, I am having there are no annual charges during my 3 year membership... even while enquiring regarding my membership from toll free number of jukaso, I was assured that there will be no annual charges ... It seems, cheating is very much prevalent at jukaso ...For reference my membership number us 144821

Updated by shaktikhanna Till now my online account was showing 0( zero) outstanding towards my membership of 3 years, but all of sudden Rs.3000/- has been shown as annual charges, although as per my contract id 63195, there are no annual charges, it's a clear violation and breach of trust

Updated by shaktikhanna Today again checked my online account, now it is showing outstanding amount Rs.6000/-, although I have got a email on 22/6/2017 from [protected]@jukasojourneys.com, stating that your ASF is paid for 3 years, there is technical issue in online member login portal and will be rectified in due course, but after passing of so many days its still not corrected rather outstanding amount enhanced to Rs. 6000/-
