Jumbo Electronics — No response from jumbo sales staff as well as senior staff

I have write a mail on my complaint which are mention below but i also did'nt get any response from mr giris the details are... Dear Girish, As per our discussion pls find the details... I ( Mohit Chaturvedi) have purchased Lenovo Laptop ( Model Number80E3014FIN) on 22/5/2015 with invoice numer 9418 from Jumbo Electronics Corporation Pvt Ltd at World Trade Park Jaipur. After 15 days my laptop windows got crashed and till date the problem has not been resolved. I have visited your Jumbo Store and Lenovo Service Centre on daily basis and both are playing blame game to each other. Also i have contacted Mr Alok from Lenovo and he is saying that it is a fault of Jumbo Electronics as they have not created RDVD at the time of selling the product. Jumbo Staff Mr Vinod has visited the service centre and that time he said that the problem is Hard Disk as well as RDVD and the laptop would be repaired in three working days. Yesterday i have got a call from jumbo that the laptop has been repaired pls coolected from your end from Service Centre. And after that i found that hard Disk has been repaired but they ( Service Centre) have installed PIRATED WINDOW 8. when i complained about that PIRATED WINDOW 8 to Jumbo Staff Mr Shailendra Chauhan, where in he replied in aggrasive manner that this is the best we can do for your laptop and he said that PIRATED WINDOW 8 is the only solution. When i queried about the windows that i want Genuine Windows 8.1 for my Laptop which is allready in Warrenty period said we can not provide you and started using abusing language and Mr Shailendra Chauhan also said that "TERE KO JO KARNA HAI KAR LE COMPLAINED KAR LE CONSUMER COURT CHALA JA HUMARE PASS BAR-BAR Mat AA" after then we escalated the Matter Store Manager ( May be his name is Dileep) he repeated the above said words also i asked for some seniors number which he refused to provide and cut the phone with words " DUKAAN PE AAKE BAAT KAR MAIN PHONE PER BAAT NAHI KARTA". These are the customer service which are being provided at JUMBO Eletonics World Trade Park where as i have have shoped Three LED TV and one HP Laptop. I have lots of work to do in my personal and Professional Life and this conversation of more then one month have made me Mentally Harrsed. SIR i request you to kindly look in to matter and please provide me the original windows8.1 and this is the last time i have purchased from JUMBO Electronics and Sorry to say would not reffer to anyone else.
