    My tv is not switching on. I have tried to contact all the numbers given on the warranty card provided by jumbo warranty service and even have tried to open their website but nothing is working.

    I want a repair at the earliest possible

      I took jumboo warranty service for my samsung led 55 inch tv for 2 years. Now my tv is not working properly so i registered a complaint with the company. None of the no. Listed on website is working. All the no. Are busy continously for past 7 days. However, i tried a no. Recieved when they gave me warranty and i got to register my complain. Complaint no. Is srm345. It was registered on 24 october, 2019. The company states that a person will attend the problem in 48 hrs. However, no one has contacted me. Now again their all no are busy and no response is received.

        I have 48 inch samsung led and purchased warranty of 1 year from jumbo..
        I had complained for sound problem and dusting on 4th october 2019 but still they didnt even visit once.
        I have contacted customer care 6 to 8 times
        Now they behave very rudely with me.
        The executive named dipak who came for warranty at my house is said that i have left the jumbo warranty job and spoke very abusive language. Now i feeled being cheated from jumbo.
        Please hepl me what should i do.

          To whomever it may concern
          I've given my tv for repair at your workshop
          It has been almost 20 days since my tv is with you.
          When i tried to contact your managers
          He was in desperate ego, agitation as if he was the owner of the company.
          He was talking # in phone.
          Infact if your company is so responsible to read this complaint you can ask me for his call recording and listen it.
          You'll be shocked to hear the way he talks to the customer.
          He thinks he's doing charitable work on us.
          I'd request you guys to talk to asap as possible about this guy.

            I am from ahmednagar. I have given sony32" led for repair... Since 2year happen. For ds complain, till yet not solve.. Mr ravish was consent person, but he was not giving proper answer, always he is telling i am outside with family... He has taken warranty money 3500, n i have d led at her place, ahmedabad office... So it's humble request to take serious action.

              My sony 43w750 tv has panel problem, i sent it on jumbo warranty service. On 8/9/2018. I have not yet received it repaired or unrepaired. N company oftenly said it will be in next week. Today's 20/10/2018 n i not receive any response about it. The company executives oftenly spent time week and weekend. I told him to give me my tv back repaired or new. But no response about it.

                I called from 12 july 2018 for warrenty service of my tv.
                They pick my tv at[protected] and told to change pannel in warrenty due to lines shoe in diplay.
                They promised to solved problem in 15 days,
                Till date[protected] there is no solution and when i call, he/she only give answer that..."pannel overder is pending".
                They not give his proper name when asked and behave very badly on phone call.

                I want result otherwise i complaint about u in grahak seva kendra.
                And please take action on that guy who call pick up but not give his name and behave very badly.

                      This is a fraud company they picked up tv from my place on the 9/06/2018 and told me that they will return it back within 10-15 days, today 1 month (8/07/2018) after they tell me fake stories saying that the standby tv will be delivered to me since the last 8 days.
                      Everyday the same hope of delivering the Tv is given to me.

                      As per the conversation, the TV has left their service center 9 days ago but still they havn't got it delivered.
                      The call center says that the TV is ready and has alredy been dispatched but the transporter says that it is not ready and they say it will cost them extra efforts to deliver me the stand by TV so I need to wait for the extra TV.

                      According to the transporter after the first repair the Tv got damaged again and now it is being repaired for the second time for which the company arranged a stand by TV which has not been delivered since 8 days.

                      Every time when I call them they say that the TV is ready and it will be delivered to me that day itself but these are all false satisfaction.
                      Since the last 8 days the ajent is saying that he will deliver me the tv but doesn't deliver the TV.
                      The transporters named "JP"([protected], [protected]) incharge of matters in Delhi is not ready to give me the standby TV and since the last 8 days is saying he will be sending the TV today but is allows ready with an excuse.
                      For not giving the standby TV MR.JP even tried to create condition so that the standby TV could be rejected by the customer himself
                      A copy of the person taking my TV and the receipt given by him has been attached.

                        My self kishan borad. I bought tv in 2016 and after used 1.5 years it has problem and switched off. I complaint in jumbo warranty service and his representative came to my home and checked tv. He can not understand the problem and took tv in service center. I called many times in customer care but i dont get proper answer of my tv problem. They took 37 days for repairing and make some excuse. Today, i received my tv without repair. I m very disappointed.

For necessary repairing purpose as per complain. However till date not return. On inquiry officer informed for wait. After passing one month i received sterio type answred.

                              I bought warranty in 2015.

                              From this time period of 2015 to 2018 i claimed 4 to 5 times.
                              But there is not satisfactory result you give me.
                              You took my led every time 30 to 45 days and never gave any service unit.
                              And costumer care operator never take a call every time when i call them.
                              The service is very poor.
                              Contact me immediately and give my led back with total solution.
                              Other wise i will go in grahak suraksha cort.

                              My 55' tv is damged in only 1 and half months. They took it on 20th july. They dont provided me spare tv not even answering my calls they are not responding me this is so inresponsible thing. I spent big amount for buying this. I am not happy with it.

                                I bought ac on 25 april 2017 that was stop to work on 18 august 2017. I call onida customer care on 19 august 2017 till date ac is not working. Summer almost end. My son was burned so doctor advised me for him safety to use ac. He was in trouble kindly help me.

                                  We have purchased samsung led j5200 tv on 30/10/2016 with jumbo warranty service of 2 years. My serial code is 25641prathmes051116 during october 2017 the tv remote sensor was not able to capture signals from tv remote control. On verifying found tv remote control was working fine but the remote sensor in tv was malfunctioned. We have raised the complaint to jumbo warranty service customer care for replacement of tv remote sensor and they agreed to send a technician. The technician attended our complaint and verified that tv remote sensor was not working. He raised the issue to jumbo warranty service for replacement of part since my tv was under warranty period. Till now no one has followed up and attended my complaint from that date. I have continuously followed up but no response from there end. Jumbo warranty service is a big chor company, which takes warranty money (Included in tv mrp) but does not attend the complaints in warranty period. I would suggest everyone to not purchase jumbo warranty services.

                                    Had given the tv for repair but the company could not solve the problem and returned the tv on contacting them they say there is no issue with the tv from their side and are not at all listening and cooperating with me on the issue. I asked them for a refund of my warranty purchase but still they are avoiding and prolonging the matter.

                                    The customer service and service personnel are not c operative.

                                      I have been constantly trying to reach them through [protected].
                                      Nobody answers the call and they never revert back to your messages.
                                      Those who are looking for jumbo warranty, i strongly recommend against it.
                                      They can only cheat people and their customer care is also not supportive.
                                      You can reach them only through [protected], no higher departments.
                                      No complaints will ever be listened.
                                      Those who are facing similar problems, i request you to comment on this complaint and we would take an action against them.

                                        In january i started seeing some black spots on my samsung ua65ju6400 tv.
                                        I registered a complaint at jambo. Executive was quick to visit my home, he acknowledged my problem and said that they will arrange a pickup soon.

                                        When they brought my tv back, i saw a broken frame!!! I was quick to take photos and call the person who was attending my issue.
                                        He said they will arrange an replacement soon. It was 7th feb '17 when i got my tv back, since then no arrangement for the parts has been arranged.
                                        They have stopped responding to my messages and calls.
                                        I tried calling their toll free number, they were too not interested in addressing my problem.

                                        I feel soo helpless and betrayed by these jumbo people. I have attached a few pictures of my led tv
