After resign from my old job I went to my job location but after 2 days of joining the shop owner said we rejected your job and company don't have a single thing for me
I just want a New job or company pay my experience until I found my new job

    Washing Machine not working

    I Have Purchased A Washing Machine On Dated 10 July 2024, We Registered Complaint On Dated 22 July 2024 But Its Pending Since Last 15 Days. We Have Mentioned Many Emails And Phone Calls But No One Ready To Hear.

    Now We Are Not Satisfy With Them Want Refurbishment Of Said Washing Washing Machine, We Are Ready To Surrender The Worst Machine.

    I have complaint on akai on 1st July 2024 but no solution yet, it newly ac I purchase it on 15 June 2024,

    EVERY TIME customer care make different excuse and postpone time, what kind of service is this

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      Because of your unprofessionalism, I am unable to utilize my speaker from 18 March 2024, Out of 5 times 4 time wrong parts and one time engineer not received Akai speaker part's.
      My Akai speaker one-month warranty has wasted. Will you compensate me for the same?

        My name is srinivasan I buyed Akai led tv 32inch on 15/1/23 now tv is not working I gave compliant on 28/10/23 the service person come and see on 30/11/23 what they said In your tv Mother board is gone we put order to Akai they will send 1week time to receive but 20days gone no one response to me i did in get it also they cheated my money please take action my mobile no [protected] I attach my bill also in this

          Before 6 month I was bought Akai led TV from online wenders that is reliance digital after 3-4 months using this TV we face some small issues in that TV at that time I was call to Akai customer call then they was send there service engineer for cheacking issue after that this persong says there is some small issue I will clear that then this engineer was clear small issue but the TV is not working properly so I was returning call to Akai customer call center after that they does not support to my call after that I was all this information says to reliance digital executive because of I was bought this TV from online shop but this is also not support to my call after that my TV is close from 3 months and so I can do this complaint.
          For everyone I can suggest you don't buy this Akai product and also don't buy anything from reliance digital.

                On 11/12/22 technician came and replace the Card, speaker working ok but Mike is not detecting the complaint not rectified.Its already two months after complaint registered.So refund or replace the speaker, otherwise I will give complaint in consumer forum.

                  Hai this is Bhargav from Andhra Pradesh, gudivada town . I have an Akai tv and the complaint I raised for tv visual not coming so technician said that panel board has to be replaced this was happened 3weeks ago when I called to the customer care he was saying that complaint was not registered yet . I want immediate response or else I am gonna file a complaint to consumers court

                    Washing Machine is 2 years old and it is in 5 years warranty. When an engineer came for service, he asked about service charges 550 rs which is much higher than the other competitive service providers.

                    My concern is if my product is under warranty why I should pay service charges because all the maintenance is included in the price of product that we have already paid. When I called the service centre they threatened me if you will not paid your service will be blocked. That's how they responded to me and when I asked the emails to their higher authorities, they said they can't provide. Even they don't have manners to speak.

                    I am not happy with Akai services and advice others to not purchase any item from akai.

                                Hello,

                                I received an air cooler with a crack on its body (white) which was covered with white tape making it very difficult to notice. When after about a month of purchase we observed slight water leakage, we tried to call the shopkeeper who has not been receiving our calls or answering our messages. When we tried to call at a number given on the company's official website (the only one out of 3 numbers which was active), they cut the call mentioning that they accepted complaints only for TV, washing machine etc and not for air coolers.
