Jumbo Warranty Service — samsung led j5200 tv remote sensor not working | |||
We have purchased samsung led j5200 tv on 30/10/2016 with jumbo warranty service of 2 years. My serial code is 25641prathmes051116 during october 2017 the tv remote sensor was not able to capture signals from tv remote control. On verifying found tv remote control was working fine but the remote sensor in tv was malfunctioned. We have raised the complaint to jumbo warranty service customer care for replacement of tv remote sensor and they agreed to send a technician. The technician attended our complaint and verified that tv remote sensor was not working. He raised the issue to jumbo warranty service for replacement of part since my tv was under warranty period. Till now no one has followed up and attended my complaint from that date. I have continuously followed up but no response from there end. Jumbo warranty service is a big chor company, which takes warranty money (Included in tv mrp) but does not attend the complaints in warranty period. I would suggest everyone to not purchase jumbo warranty services. Was this information helpful? | |||
