Jumbo Warranty Service — unethical behaviour | |||
I took jumboo warranty service for my samsung led 55 inch tv for 2 years. Now my tv is not working properly so i registered a complaint with the company. None of the no. Listed on website is working. All the no. Are busy continously for past 7 days. However, i tried a no. Recieved when they gave me warranty and i got to register my complain. Complaint no. Is srm345. It was registered on 24 october, 2019. The company states that a person will attend the problem in 48 hrs. However, no one has contacted me.
