The manager at jumboking Andheri East did not help me in ordering a free signature burger which was in fact a legal thing because jumboking provides points on every order and if you get a certain amount of points accumulated you can get free food. So I had 1063 points accumulated and for that I could get a free signature burger. But this person refused to give me that by saying the system is not working, otp is not being provided by the system. I told him to use the other machine then he placed a wrong order to see if the machine is working correctly. As expected I got the otp he then tells me that system is not showing if you get it or not. I am like the system is showing it I could see it because it had a screen in front so that the customers can also see if the order is correct or not. Then he is like no no my system is not showing, my system does not work like that and I am like I am have been eating the jumbo king burgers since a year now and yo u are telling me that I don’t know the system. He was so rude and just doesn’t want to give the free burger.
