Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a BOSE mini bluetooth speaker from this site, which they claimed it to be original. Upon receival of the product it turned out to be fake mimicking the original brand name. The return policy mentioned in their website says that within 7 days full refund would be given if we weren't satisfied with the product. But the contact details, both phone number and email turn out to be fake too.
Request you to take this matter into account as i could see lot number of people are getting cheated and a big sham is going on.
