Complaint marked as Resolved I filed the complaint against jungle rummy as my account on jungle rummy was locked and my money was freezed. I emailed them but I got same reply and same email saying there was suspicious activity. After filing complaint I called jungle rummy customer support and immediately my call got connected. I talked with the executive and with some time only I got email saying your account has been unlocked and I got my money back. Thank you
