My account was locked on before of three weeks ago, user id is "bvr11111" i want to know the perfect reason, i have 2000 rupees in my account.i have getting call from your comany, he was said please upload your identification . Now iam attaching my adhar for your verification purpose. please reactivate my account to play the game for long and good relation ship.

Please be informed that an intimation email was sent to you when your account was locked. We observed that you may have been playing from an Internet connection, whose IP address belongs to Telangana district.

Unfortunately, as per recent changes to the Telangana gaming act, the state has decided to not allow online Rummy for cash to be played by residents of Telangana. In compliance with the ordinance, we have made changes to our services and have stopped offering online rummy games for cash in Telangana. Hence you will not be able to play any cash games.

Also as observed, your Name on the Adhaar card (attached to this query) and your name as per our records is different, hence the document cannot be considered as your address proof.

As you have already confirmed that you have got a call back from our team. Since we respect the privacy of personal information of all our customers, hence, we would not discuss your account on a public forum.
