Junglee Rummy — Amount did not credit in my rummy account after doing recharge

I had made a recharge of 5000Rs. in my rummy account on 20 June 2023 at 10:18 pm but I will not credit in my account till now. They said to me that I would have to wait 24 hours then I will get amount. But now it has been spent more than 24 hours and amount is not there.
