Junglee Rummy — Biased and fake player

There were many instances happened with me that I realized that players are fake and also the fake players can win without even meeting the criteria to win.
I took a screenshot of one of the instances.
And when I told junglee rummy about it they didnot took any step.
I have proof regarding the same.
And i am looking for regulatory authority which can fairly resolve this and put an end to this fake and biased online claim.
In the below screenshot u will find the fakeness and fake players biased system.
