I have joined in junglee rummy with an ID 'mefrommel' earlier, but were not submitted the required ID for KYC verification. Last week I have again installed junglee rummy app and deposited money and started playing. In the mean time I have uploaded the passport, pan card and adhar card for KYC verification. Also my phone number and e-mail ID also got verified.
While I was playing, suddenly got logged out and now showing this account is blocked. I have made a withdrawal of 23850 also. That was also held up.
When contacted, Got a message that suspicious activity from my side is noticed. I haven't made any kind of malpractice which is against junglee rummy rules.
I think any of the following may be the reason made the misunderstanding and blocking my account
When I joined in the JR earlier, I was using a mobile handset different from my present handset vivo
While playing the game, I have switched for mobile to the office desktop which is having another IP.
This happened 2-3 times. But the same game and single game only I have played. Not as fraudulent measure, but for convenience and better speed ( I have done it before while playing in some other rummy sites, but was not a problem there, so thought the same here also)
During night, i have played in my laptop using the internet connection from the mobile using hot spot.
this is to convey you that I haven't made any kind of illegal activity during the play.
So I request you to kindly restore my ID and remove the blocking
Also I request you to to release the amount I have withdrawn.
Also there is no reply from the Junglee rummy if you are writing to them
