My account was locked, user id is "eswarkumar12", i won 3800 rupees, when i made a withdrawal request my account was locked..

Your junglee rummy account has been locked on the account of fraud committed by you.

During our investigation, we went through all your game logs, and noticed an increased number of games played with a user having a nickname “kalluru0003”.in some of those games, it was noticed that you and the other user were intentionally losing to each other. You engaged in serious fraud by committing collusion. As per our terms and conditions, colluding with other players and fraudulently laundering that money to one single account are all serious violations and susceptible to investigation and necessary action.

Your junglee rummy account has been locked and account balance frozen. Our risk management team has collected complete records of your fraudulent gameplay and your fraud activity report is ready to be submitted to the authorities for necessary action and recovery of the cost of damages incurred by the company due to your fraudulent activity.

If you agree to commit this fraud, and further agree to not repeat this activity, we may choose not to take any action or apply the cost of damages.

I[censored] have any proper team and equipment once check my account details, since when am i playing in ur site and have i cheated any time or made any false comments to anyone?? Why would i do any cheating while i could play and win amount?? Check my withdrawls how did i win that many withdrawls if i cant play my games goodly??
Why will i cheat now if i can play good rummy?? Doesnt make any sense to me!!

hello easwer,

i got same issue. they are making a lot of money in the name of risk management team. they took my rs.9500. they send me game log and saying that other player discarded low value card. and that is a fraud play. if a player discard low value card, does that mean a fraud play? i domt understand their psychology. just stop playing on this website. thats better. i am very disappointed these days after they did this to me. even if we dont commit fraud, their risk management will prove that we committed fraud.

Any detection of a breach of our Fair Play policy, such as and not limited to, fraudulent deposits under a stolen identity or collusion in gameplay, shall result in swift and serious action taken by JungleeRummy against the suspected user, as detailed in the section below entitled Breach and Consequences.

As you have confirmed the game investigation report has already been shared with you hence for the security of all our customers we will not be able to allow you to play on our website.
