My account was locked, user id is "eswarkumar12", i won 3800 rupees, when i made a withdrawal request my account was locked.. Dear eswar, The following is a formal notice to you from our risk management team: Your junglee rummy account has been locked on the account of fraud committed by you. During our investigation, we went through all your game logs, and noticed an increased number of games played with a user having a nickname “kalluru0003”.in some of those games, it was noticed that you and the other user were intentionally losing to each other. You engaged in serious fraud by committing collusion. As per our terms and conditions, colluding with other players and fraudulently laundering that money to one single account are all serious violations and susceptible to investigation and necessary action. Your junglee rummy account has been locked and account balance frozen. i got same issue. they are making a lot of money in the name of risk management team. they took my rs.9500. they send me game log and saying that other player discarded low value card. and that is a fraud play. if a player discard low value card, does that mean a fraud play? i domt understand their psychology. just stop playing on this website. thats better. i am very disappointed these days after they did this to me. even if we dont commit fraud, their risk management will prove that we committed fraud.
