Hi, i m jani basha i have account in jungleerummy from last two years i am vip player there in the begining they are so helpful if i lost money they give bonus cheer me play more games time goes on what happens my loss continue i never recover i got angry i mailed lock my account if you dont add bonus they locked my account after some time i requested unlock my account after two years of addiction they playing hard ball what support team told on phone i[censored] write mail add bonus we cant unlock your account i am just shocked in the begining they help time goes on they showing their true colours as a customer i write my problems to support team and what replay i[censored] write mails we dont allow play there i wrote two times mail to unlock my account still unlocked because i wrote my problems too support team please look into this when i play with big money no questioning they sweet and helped me when do i start questiong this happens. thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||||

Each and everyone time I placed withdrawal request in junglee rummy they just hold my withdrawal and put my withdrawal under verification last time also I complaint in https://www.consumercomplaints.in after I complaint they released my withdrawal this is not a first time I faced the problem so many times kindly look into this and do the needful
