Junglee Rummy — junglee rummy team members are very big fraud.. they are cheating customers so don't trust this app

I have already give you a bunch of mail, but didn't give any response from your team about my issues gonna shut off. I am trying to connect to your customer service since everyday, they reply me by 'today end' my address proof will be updated (This things i have hearing many times from customer executive). But the team members are not gonna to shut out my issues still yet

My mistake is, by mistakenly i made a another account username is "jaymaatarini" when my old account not opened in my side. I am trying to deactive this id when my old id is open again, after i am trying to deactive from my side but i cant did. So kindly requesting you to lock or deactive my one account username id of "jaymaatarini" from your side. I want to continue to play account username id is-'jaisairamn'

In this atter i have given more complaints against the junglee rummy, but they are not hearing my problems

Kindly requesting for update my address proof of my continue username id of 'jaisairamn' from your side sir. So please find here attached my document details for updation as soon as possible.
