Thank you for reaching out to Junglee Rummy.

We received your request to undo your self-exclusion command and allow you to play cash games on our platform. However, we regret to inform you that as you have enabled the self-exclusion feature from your end, we will not be able to disable it. You will only be able to play cash games and make cash transactions again once the self-exclusion period is over, i.e. from 18/05/2023 onward. We truly regret the inconvenience caused.
