Junglee Rummy — No resolution or reply to my complaint

I had complained that my account with money in it has been blocked. Also withdrawal amount has not been paid to me. The only response that I got was kindly inform us the username. The log in to Junglee rummy account is through a mobile app in which you fill in your mobile number. After that a full KYC procedure has been followed. I have used the account for only few days and when I made a withdrawal my account was locked and I cannot log in . There are 1000s of rupees belonging to me in my account which have been locked. There is no call number no email id on which I can talk to Junglee rummy and there is no support service . Kindly resolve at the earliest

Sir you are asking for username??? I have complained that there is no username but a mobile number used for logging in ! Kindly read my complaint first

Sir there is no user id. It is logged in using mobile number. Please stop asking for user name
Junglee has blocked my account as well so can you please connect with me through WhatsApp +[protected] lets take it forward
