Junglee Rummy — Request for Bonus amount | |||
I am playing here from last 8+ years, have lost amount in lakhs, have deposited amount in crores. But then when I ask for some bonus amount to be credited to my account, I just get a response stating I am not eligible currently. Why is it only with Junglee Rummy when other platform provide Bonus cash? Even after being a customer who deposit in lakhs every month, why we are not being provided some bonus cash when requested for? It is so frustrating how customers are treated here.
