This is second time i am complaining about this website. This website has spoiled my life. I have been playing on this website for more than one year. Recently i made a withdrawal request. They rejected it and blocked my account by saying that i violated terms and conditions. Now i am mentally exhausted. I cannot concentrate on my job or anything. Feeling depressed. For the last few days, i have even not slept well. All because of this website. I have deposited more than rs.60000 on this website. This website is no doubt only a harm to the society. I am sure more people will get their life spoiled by playing on this website. All the savings money will be gone to the hands of website
So dear friends, don't play on this website. They give many offers for joining. But don't get trapped. Don't spoil your life. This is my request.

We'd like to inform that we have responded to your earlier complaint as well which was posted on November 16th.

We understand your concerns, however, we did not see this emotional turmoil coming earlier. Had you informed us earlier that you are going under depression on playing rummy games - we would have blocked your account much before.

As per your conversation with our risk management team on your registered email id, your withdrawal request was rejected, your account was permanently blocked and your funds were confiscated because you failed to follow our terms & conditions which you agreed to at the time of registration given on the below link:

You have agreed that you are going through depression and addicted to the game hence we suggest that you take a break from playing Rummy. As of now seeing your emotional state and the fact that you failed to follow our terms & conditions, your account will remain locked.

Please understand that we take the fair play of Online Rummy on JungleeRummy very seriously. In order to prevent any form of fraud or unfair play in our games or on our site - all user actions including - deposits/identity verification/rummy games / individual hands are monitored to ensure a safe, legal and fair environment for all our users.

You did deposit an X amount of funds, however as observed you have withdrawn almost 2x of your deposit, hence you have not lost anything to our website, you have only gained through playing rummy games. The exact amount of deposits & withdrawals cannot be quoted on a public forum as we respect confidential information of our customers and do not disclose any personal & financial details publically.
