I am Rohit Vidyasagar and have registered on Junglee Rummy on 26th Dec. 2022 after a spam of 6 months.
- I simply downloaded app on my iPhone and logged in with otp
- I have added a total of Rs 1000 on 26th Dec 2022.
- I have already done my KYC in the past and it had been verified by Junglee Rummy as I had withdrew Rs.100 earlier also.
- I won a few pool games and I placed a withdrawal request of Rs 8000 on the same day (26th Dec. 2022) which went under verification pending which was suspicious . My Junglee Rummy account was also having an additional Rs 4600/-
-I have played many games fairly and very smoothly till 10 am on 27th Dec. 2022
- Then at 11 am in the morning when I was trying to login through my mobile the error has come that my account is locked and contact support
- I have also received an email from [protected]@jungleerummy.com saying
We would like to inform you that your Junglee Rummy account has been locked due to the suspicious activity performed by you on the platform as per our internal policies your account balance has been frozen.
- I have replied to them several times to convince my side but in they are giving the reasons for their algorithms and saying suspicious activity is detected by our algorithms.
-I have just played games as usual and not even tried to change any app settings but still surprisingly and suddenly my account is locked by giving completely wrong reasons.
It's my humble request to Junglee Rummy to unlock my account as it is locked for very unfair and wrong reasons those are not even 1% true.
