I have lodged several complaints about blocking of my Junglee rummy account. The company has been kind enough to respond. However they have one single line response which says “kindly share with us your user name so that we can resolve the matter”.
I would like to inform the company that the game is played online using a smart phone app in which you log in using your mobile number and there is no user name created or known to me. I have repeatedly responded to the rummy circle customer care replies that my user name is my mobile number but they don’t seem to reconcile. And now that my account is locked I cannot access it. When I try to log in it says account has been locked contact support? How? With a locked account how do I contact their support? There is no customer care number no email to complain and we have to use the services of this complaint forum to reach Junglee rummy
Kindly let me know how to contact Junglee rummy for resolution to my issue of having not received my withdrawals and also locking of my 1000s of ₹ in my Junglee rummy account which I cannot access now Was this information helpful? |
