I have logged several complaints about locking my account with 1000s of ₹₹ in my account by Junglee rummy. However each time I have got a single line reply to provide to then username. I have logged in to the Junglee rummy account using an app on my phone and the log in is my phone number and not by any user name. When I try to log in it says account is blocked contact support. However there is no number provided for support or any other means of contacting them. As such this complaint is also being uploaded using this consumer forum only. Kindly talk me how to find out my username is I cannot log in to my account which has been blocked by you as soon as I had raised a request to withdraw my money! Was this information helpful?
