Junglee Rummy — Withdrawal request has processed but payment not received

My withdrawal request has been processed but not credited the amount to my bank account, withdrawal ID is 36584302. please help me out.
Jungali Rami nowadays is providing a very worst service. Deposits are not getting updated and withdrawal also not getting processed quickly.
