The following withdrawals according to their website fulfilled, but not credited to my sb ac no:[protected] with union bank of india (ifsc no:ubim0553867).

As per the tele conversation with you we had today, we have noticed that you have entered wrong IFSC code at the time of placing withdrawals.
We request you to send us an email to [protected]@jungleerummy.com with the subject line as Withdrawal and mention the details of your withdrawals and also the correct IFSC code.
we will check with our bank and refund that amount into your Junglee Rummy account and you need to place a fresh withdrawal with correct bank details.
