Hi,
this is my 4th complaint against junglee rummy since i am playing from last three years and still lost never won even support team knows i never complaint about games last few months i lost so this month support team told not promised we give good bonus but nope and they stopped free 1000gtd(10 tickets diwali 7:30pm) for some time i asked support team told we stopped that tourney but other vip players told we playing later 7 days it came and i played 17 days for ticket what happend in diwali tourney i lost every single game in first round no life nor jokers in games so i am thinking winnings are fixed so please review junglee site and their card system whats going on please help true players if happend like this no one play rummy.when i joined this juglee at they are like not even 500 players online at that time in begining they cared time goes on they grow now they not giving care like before

thanks for your kind words but that bonus issue is my host promised that i get but not that happened coz i choose write here when i don't get proper reply from your side you saying i am valuable player nope i am loyal player to junglee since 2014 never cheated never created issues for godsake i never abused anyone on tables or your support team i am normal player in the begin you promoted like this guy win that much like that played. i am playing here long time in lakhs rupees total after this time your support team saying play for fun not for cash as income if you guys say this things in the begin i never ever spent my cash and time here. after this much of my blood and sweat you saying these i am very disappointed in you guys you changed coz your site gone big better if you forget like players us whose made your site better coz we trusted we put all our time in you so, we need help not me like loyal players help them thats i want it okay when i get reply for my issue i always support "junglee rummy"

Now another issue going with you i made withdraw on 26 oct 2017 but it gone underverfication now support team asking for proof deposit but i dont have proof for money that money i borrowed from other person support team told that atleast that person send mail to support team to process to withdraw but it cant happen he dont send so support team told otherwise we cant help you whats hurt me i am playing from 2013 feb my total deposits above 3 lakhs and my total withdraws 2lakhs only i dont know whats going on but you never questioned with playing with lakhs here now i dont hve proof for 3800rs/- you hold withdraws look all details i am the same person i am the person have same account if you send money the money go back same account from last 3 years you sending money why proof now but what I think is that i complainted against you so, happening this right so you paying back right if you made withdraw I am happy otherwise another 3 digit number added to my account in loss section 5 digut number that’s it man look they saying I don’t play enough games but I am following what support team told so far if I win some amount they said withdraw my money play with winnings I have done same but now saying not enough games all rules changed right sir, i am star think i wrote complaint against you but support team told we cant do that so i write this maybe you guys help this old player or kick from your site now ball in your hands how you play with me
