Juspay — Recharged done but not reflected in account

On 27/06/22, I made an online recharged of rs 254 (order id[protected])from my Airtel thanks App through Juspay safe, amount was deducted but no amount was reflected in my account till today.After deducting the amount, I Received a text stating that I will received confirmation sms within 4 hours but never received any text till today.
Next day I wrote emails to Airtel Customer/banks support many times and they suggested me to approach the concerns service provider or to contact another Airtel Customer service.
I’d wrote mails again but didn’t get satisfactory feedback from the Airtel company.
So I tried calling Juspay customer service many times but didn’t attend the calls also wrote mails but never gave any feedback.
It’s through Airtel thanks App that I made the payment via Juspay but they ignore to tackle this problem.
I didn’t know what to do next but luckily I came to know about this platform from my friend.
I have no other choice rather than to approach NCH to seek help.
So, kindly I Request you to help me to refund the amount.
The amount might be little but it’s a matter of preventing online fraudulent.
