[Resolved]  Just Dial — Complaint to stop the Just Dial services but still the service is continue and debited my money from credit card account

Sir, I am having business with Just Dial for last 14 months. My Company name is Ora-Tech Solution and registered mobile number is [protected]. In the month of July 2016 I have sent one request for to discontiue the Just Dial services, I talked to the person by the name of Vaseem(Vaseem Mobile number-[protected]) Incharge of Aurangabad Just Dial. Yesterday I again spoke to vaseem and priyanka from ECS department and they both told me that it takes 3 months to stop the services; I do not know why the hell they take 3 months to stop the services and in between my money is debited from my account. Yesterday I sent the request again to stop the services and I got the message but I afraid that whether it takes again 3 months or it will continue? Kindly answer my query .
