[Resolved] Just Dial — Jd Omni new product problems and company policy | |||||
Hello, myself Rohit Rathi from Rathi Overseas, solapur, we are using premium packages of just dial form last 4 to 5 years, just dial has recently launched a new product JDOMNI. this is one of the primium product of the company and priced at 75000/- for 5 years. we purchased this product around 10th march. the representative was insisting as the price were suppose to get doubled. the company were suppose to deliver the products in 45 days and we could start working on the same. but we are in mid of august and still the product has technical faults and we are unable to use it, more over the company has sold same product at the price of 22800/- that is almost 1/3 of the price which we paid for it, to our competitors in the same month of march. they call it as it was offer for that time. as being an loyal customer of the company and considering the reputation of the company, we are extremely disappointed with such type of company policy. we have conveyed this problem with many of there executives, but no one has proper answer, we have purchased this product because it had premium price and our competitors will not prefer it as the price and the concept was new. but they have distributed it at cheep price.
