I got call to attend interview for sr. Manager profile, i cleared all rounds and shortlisted for the same, hr asked to me join early & negotiate notice period, they offered me salary 40k/pm, after i resigned with notice shortfall they changed offer and forced me to work as team lead and with 18% lesser salary which i was getting from previous company
