Sir/Ma'am, My Name is Mukul. I scrolled down on google regarded Business advertisement. Then i saw justdial as well I clicked on it. Prateek( Justdial Employee) told me that after listing your services you will get enquiry. after listing I didn't receive relevant leads when i called to customer care he told me that your listing is rotation base if you want more leads you need to upgarde your plan upto 30K. when i asked that i m not interested into Justdial services please refund my money then he told me that your amount is not refundable. Dec 06, 2020 Updated by Mʋĸʋɭ Gʋptʌ At the time of listing his employee is not said that you will receive leads on the basis of Rotation. hence, I received one leads in 10 to 15 days. Company or his employee is commit misunderstanding or fraud. Hence, contract of Justdial and My is void. Company is liable to refund my amount as well...
