I have placed a prepaid order #1628584 on just herbs website on 7 dec 2023. Till now I received no information about the product. I have been reaching out to them both in WhatsApp and mail but no proper response. I am asking for refund but they're not doing it either. Feels like I've been scammed. Please help me get my refund. I don't want the product anymore.
